This masterclass is a trauma-informed educational experience designed to increase awareness and understanding surrounding trauma, grief, emotional responses, and nervous system functioning.

It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment.

Individuals navigating grief, trauma, or emotional overwhelm, High-functioning professionals experiencing burnout or emotional exhaustion,
Helping professionals, leaders, and healers
and Individuals interested in trauma-informed healing and personal growth.

Do I need to have experienced major trauma to attend?

Accepted Answer

No. Trauma can result from many different life experiences, including grief, relationship wounds, chronic stress, childhood experiences, transitions, emotional neglect, and significant life events.
This experience is designed to help participants better understand how grief impacts the body.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. Replay access will be provided to registered participants for a limited time following the live session.

Is participation required during the masterclass?

Participants are welcome to engage at their own comfort level. While there may be opportunities for reflection and interaction, there is no pressure to share personal experiences publicly.

Bring a notebook or journal
Attend from a quiet and comfortable space
Bring water or calming items if desired

While Tami’s work is purpose-driven and compassionate, this masterclass is presented through a trauma-informed educational lens that is welcoming to individuals from diverse backgrounds and beliefs.

No.
This masterclass series is designed as an introductory educational experience and preview into deeper healing concepts explored within the upcoming 9-Month Trauma Healing Program.

How do I access the event?

This masterclass will be hosted through the **SKOOL platform**. After registration, participants will receive access instructions via email. A Zoom link will also be provided for anyone unable to access SKOOL.

What if I become emotionally overwhelmed during the session?

Participants are encouraged to engage gently and pace themselves throughout the experience. Grounding strategies may be incorporated; however, additional mental health support should be sought if needed.

Due to the digital nature of the event, all sales are final.  If replay access is offered, registrants will still receive access even if unable to attend live.
