The Friday Exhale
Overview

A guided walking experience for women ready to pause, reflect, and release the weight of the week.

The Friday Exhale

By the time Friday arrives, many women are carrying far more than anyone realizes — emotionally, mentally, and relationally. Between responsibilities, emotional labor, work, family, relationships, and constantly showing up for everyone else, it can become difficult to slow down long enough to reconnect with yourself.

The Friday Exhale was created to interrupt that cycle.

This therapist-led guided walking experience offers intentional space for women to pause, breathe, reflect, and release some of what they’ve been carrying before stepping into the weekend.

Through movement, guided reflection, light conversation, and intentional moments of pause, women are invited to slow down and reconnect with themselves in a grounded, supportive environment.

This is not group therapy.
This is not a networking event.
This is simply space to exhale.
