Will there be any additional Adult tickets?

• To help preserve the immersive atmosphere and allow comfortable space for dancing, activities, and photo opportunities, additional adult tickets will not be available for this event due to venue capacity limitations.

Is there available parking?

• Free parking is available, with ample parking located around the building for all guests.

Question 3

Can I bring my baby stroller?

Accepted Answer

• Due to venue capacity and limited event space, strollers will not be permitted inside the ballroom. Infant carriers and wearable baby carriers are welcome.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Accepted Answer

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of allergy-safe alternatives for guests with dietary restrictions related to the cookies and juice provided as light refreshments.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes before your ticketed admission time for check-in. Guests may need to wait briefly at the entrance until their scheduled admission time begins.

Will tickets be sold at the door?

• Tickets must be purchased in advance through Eventbrite. Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.

Should my child dress up?

• Young royal guests are encouraged to dress as their favorite princess or fairytale character. For the comfort of all guests and to preserve the immersive experience, costume dress-up is limited to children ages 12 and under.

Can I take my own photos

Absolutely. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos throughout the event.

How long is the event?

Accepted Answer

The Royal Fairytale Experience lasts approximately 90 minutes. VIP Royal Guests will also enjoy an additional 20 minutes of early entry experiences before General Admission begins.
