Her goal is to help you reconnect with yourself through yoga, vibrational sound therapy, and different energy healing modalities.All of Johanna's yoga and energy healing work touches on the physical, vibrational and emotional aspects of yourself.  The physical practice is a chance to explore connection to yourself, the vibrational level is a way for you to connect to your emotions and move energy in the body and the emotional level allows you to explore growth. This water-sign energy is connected to intuition, emotional renewal, home, care, and the sacred spaces we create within ourselves. It is a powerful time to soften, listen, release what has felt heavy, and plant intentions rooted in tenderness, belonging, and self-trust.This 90-minute experience will begin with a gentle, grounding slow flow yoga practice designed to help you move with intention, connect to your breath, and settle into your body. From there, you’ll be guided into stillness for an immersive sound journey blending Luna Serenity’s restorative sound healing with the ethereal, meditative tones of live handpan.Together, the movement, breath, and sound will create a spacious ritual for reflection, emotional restoration, and new beginning energy.No prior yoga, meditation, or sound healing experience is needed.
