Group Tibetan Sound Bowl Healing & Meditation

Tibetan Sound Bowl Healing Session Pre-register Space limited to 5 participants.Experience Chakra cleansing, and alignment , deep relaxation, and spiritual connection, while creating a totally peaceful environment in and around you. Session starts off with clearing the space, and mind, and scanning the body with Tibetan cymbals (tingshas), monastery cymbals (rolmo) and bell (ghanta). Individual Tibetan Bowls are placed on and around your body. Finishing with an individual experience integrating crown to root chakra resonance standing in a 21 inch bowl capped with a 13.5 inch bowl. Singing bowls are made of seven metals. All the metals used have a specific purpose and resonance in the body and chakras Wear comfortable clothes; bring your own yoga mat. Floor covering provided.
