A curated series of Lucky Honey winter wellness events across New York City, bringing movement, community, and elevated experiences to iconic spaces throughout the season.

Sculpt &amp; Flow is a mind-body Pilates class that blends dynamic sculpting movements with breath-driven flow and grounding meditation at the end. Expect a full-body burn paired with intentional breath work to leave you feeling strong, centered, and deeply reconnected. Led by the founder of Lucky Honey and master instructor, Jennifer Murdock. Grip socks are required and will be available for purchase on-site. We’ll provide all mats and props, plus a special swag bag for each guest. After class, stay, and hang for a curated pop-up featuring some of our favorite wellness and lifestyle brands — the perfect excuse to cool down, shop, sip, and soak up the post-class energy. Kindly note there is no parking on the property. All attendees should park in town—either on Main Street or in the Amagansett Public Parking Lot. From there, it’s just a quick half-block walk to the Reform Club. Look for the large windmill and signage pointing you toward class.
