Join Pilates Snob creator and founder of Real Pilates Montauk, Victoria Cuomo, for a 60 minute Classical Mat Pilates class rooted in the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. With over a decade of teaching experience, a Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Physiology from Columbia University, and a background as a collegiate rower at Syracuse University, Victoria brings a unique blend of science, athleticism, and classical Pilates expertise to every class. This energizing session will move through traditional mat exercises and variations designed to build strength, improve mobility, enhance posture, and connect you to the power of the classical Pilates method. All levels are welcome.Grip socks are required and will be available for purchase on-site. We’ll provide all mats and props, plus a special swag bag for each guest. After class, stay, and hang for a curated pop-up featuring some of our favorite wellness and lifestyle brands — the perfect excuse to cool down, shop, sip, and soak up the post-class energy. Kindly note there is no parking on the property. All attendees should park in town—either on Main Street or in the Amagansett Public Parking Lot. From there, it’s just a quick half-block walk to the Reform Club. Look for the large windmill and signage pointing you toward class.
