Monumental Moments: America's 250th Paint in the Park

The Friends of Indian Springs State Park is sponsoring a seasonal event, Paint in the Park, for children ages 6 to 12. Seating is limited and pre-registration through eventbrite is required. Our Spring 2025 event will be held on March 7th from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. This event will happen at Picnic Shelter #3. Registration is $10 for the first child, and $5 for additional children. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Paint in the Park will be hosted by Lisa Smith, secretary of the Friends of ISSP, and art teacher at Daughtry Elementary School. Materials will be provided. Participants will paint a Patriotic themed 8 x 10 canvas to take home. For more information about our Paint in the Park events, please contact the park office.
