This interactive workshop is designed specifically for professionals in support and leadership positions. You’ll gain practical, real-world tools to confidently navigate conversations around stress, burnout, and mental health in the workplace.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Respond effectively to overwhelmed or struggling employees
  • Stay supportive while maintaining appropriate boundaries
  • Balance empathy with action in real-time conversations
  • De-escalate emotional or high-stress situations with confidence

Through discussion, real-life scenarios, and skill-building exercises, you’ll leave feeling more prepared, confident, and equipped to support others—while also protecting your own capacity in the process.

Biography

Kristin Fettig is a mental health and workforce wellness consultant, speaker and burnout coach dedicated to helping individuals and organizations build healthier, more resilient workplaces. She has spent over 16 years supporting individuals and teams in the mental health field, facilitating impactful mental wellness and leadership workshops for more than 11,000 participants. Her work helps people recognize the signs of mental health challenges, respond effectively to distress, and build practical skills that strengthen both personal wellbeing and team effectiveness.

Through her workforce wellness consulting, Kristin partners with organizations across a wide range of industries to strengthen leadership, improve workplace culture, and equip teams with tools to navigate stress, burnout, and real-life challenges that show up at work. She is known for translating complex mental health concepts into clear, actionable strategies that leaders and professionals can confidently apply in their day-to-day roles.
