Honduran Cooking Class

Join the International Center for a Honduran cooking class! We'll learn how to make a classic Honduran dish: baleadas. Baleadas are tortillas filled with refried beans, avocado, eggs, and cheese. This is a great opportunity to learn how to make homemade tortillas and learn more about Honduran culture.

Participation in this event is open to current UVA students, faculty, staff, and scholars along with their dependent family members. Students and scholars who have graduated or completed their term at UVA within the past 6 months are also welcome to join. Non-international students or scholars welcome to attend.
