Le Salon at Wormwood Presents A Candlelight Dinner with Roederer Estate

Join us for a rare and intimate evening at Wormwood as we welcome the esteemed winemaker from Roederer Estate for a guided sparkling wine experience celebrating the release of the acclaimed L’Ermitage 2020.

Set within the warm glow of candlelight and accompanied by live music, this special edition of Le Salon invites guests into an elegant multi-sensory evening centered around fine cuisine, exceptional sparkling wines, and meaningful conversation.

Throughout the dinner, guests will be personally guided by the winemaker through a curated tasting of four sparkling wines from Roederer Estate, each thoughtfully paired with a four-course menu created by Executive Chef Omar Armas and the Wormwood culinary team.

Expect an evening inspired by the spirit of classic French salons — intimate, refined, and designed to bring people together around exceptional food and wine.
