VIVID Visual Arts x Myofascial Release & Sound Journey - Sydney City CBD
Step into a VIVID-inspired wellness x art experience where light, sound & massage therapy come together.
Inspired by the balance of Yin & Yang
A journey from stimulation to stillness.
From the fast pace of modern life into softness, slowness & rest.
Yang to Yin Journey
An evening to pause, breathe and experience wellness through visual art, sound & bodywork 💜
This immersive experience is designed to help the body transition from overstimulation into deep relaxation — allowing the nervous system to soften, slow down and reset.
The evening begins like entering a living art gallery — surrounded by colourful digital visual projections curated by Elektra, paired with ambient music that shifts with the visuals and energy of the experience.
Inspired by the journey from Yang to Yin, we begin with colourful, stimulating projections reflecting the fast pace of modern life — movement, energy, noise and overstimulation.
As the session unfolds, the visuals gradually soften into whites, shadows and darkness, the Yin energy. It represents softness, calmness, restoration and pause.
