The Bigfoot Poetry Festival's 2026 Poetry Market
Come support local and visiting poets by buying their (chap)books, broadsides, stickers, shirts, and more! Starting at 9:00am on June 27th.
Heard a poem the other night and need to buy the book it’s in? Did you talk with a poet and they mentioned some artsy stickers they’re selling? Want to check out some sweet poetry and artist wares? Now is your chance!
Come out to the Bigfoot Poetry Festival's Poetry Market!
We’ll have a market full of chapbooks, broadsides, buttons, pins, and more from poets competing at the festival. There will be free coffee (courtesy of the Washington St. Stumptown!) and snacks while you meet and mingle with poets.
This event is FREE to attend (though hopefully you'll spend some money supporting a poet or two!). It is taking place at Portland Center Stage (128 NW 11th Ave) on June 27th from 9:00am - 1:00pm.
This event is for registered poets (and some select volunteers) with the festival to sell their merch. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this market, and support the artists by purchasing their materials, but as there is limited room for tables in this space, we are not taking sellers who aren't registered with the competition at this time.
If you are a poet with the festival, we will provide as much space as possible - but we may need to have folks share tables to make space! Make sure to touch base with us if you'd like to table.
Also happening in this space at 10:30am will be our Youth Poetry Slam.
This venue is ADA accessible. This event takes place on the second level of Portland Center Stage, and there is an elevator that can take folks to the mezzanine.
