Join We Will Walk With You for a fun afternoon of strawberry picking and ice cream at Porter Farms & Nursery Market! ☀️
Come spend time with friends while enjoying the fresh air, picking delicious strawberries, and hanging out together. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn a little more about strawberries, how they are grown, and the strawberry picking process!
After strawberry picking, participants will also have the opportunity to purchase ice cream from Porter Farms if they would like a sweet treat afterward!
Strawberry Picking Prices
• Buckets: $18
• Quarts: $5
Participants Should Bring:
• Money for Strawberry Picking!
• Water to stay hydrated if you'd like to have that with you!
• Comfortable clothes/shoes for walking outdoors
• Extra money if you would like to purchase ice cream afterward
Additional Event Information
- This is an outdoor event.
- Please dress appropriately for warm weather.
- Staff from We Will Walk With You will be present throughout the event.
- Families/caregivers are welcome if needed.
This event is designed for young adults ages 18–35 with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to come together, socialize, and enjoy a fun community experience!
