What does my Conference Day ticket include?

Your ticket includes admission to a full day of keynote presentations, panel discussions, cultural performances, networking opportunities, and access to the HAPI Marketplace. Attendees will also receive an official conference badge, commemorative conference book, and conference bag.

What time does the conference begin and end?

Accepted Answer

Conference programming begins at 10:00 AM and concludes at 8:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in and seating.

Do I need to leave the venue for lunch?

Accepted Answer

No. Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site, allowing attendees to remain at the conference and enjoy the full day's programming.

Is parking available at Malcolm X College?

Accepted Answer

Yes, parking is available at Malcolm X College; however, availability may be limited due to conference attendance and other campus activities. We strongly encourage attendees to use Uber, Lyft, public transportation, or carpooling whenever possible.

Will HAPI Inc. be taking pictures?

Yes!!! By attending HAPI in the Chi, you consent to being photographed and recorded. Your likeness, image, and voice may be used by HAPI and HAPI Film for future promotional, educational, documentary, archival, broadcast, and marketing purposes without compensation or additional permission.
