Jon is the lead winemaker of award-winning Enoch’s Stomp Vineyard & Winery, founder of East Texas Wine Project, and a WSET level 3 and CMS level 1 sommelier. Shelley is the non-expert comic-relief. Together they will guide you on exploring and matching flavor profiles while enjoying hands-on tasting with delicious wine, curated nibbles and hand crafted pizza.
