How many sessions are there? How long are the sessions?

We will meet three times - once each week.  Each session is 3 hours.

What if I can't draw or paint?

The process will guide you through the painting process step-by-step, including how to draw a face and how to mix colors for skin tone.    The goal is not to create a realistic painting - the goal is to make a piece of art that speaks to you.

What kind of therapists can join?  What if I'm not a therapist?

This particular offering of Paint From Your Soul is only for mental health professionals.  Future groups will be available to the general public.

Can men participate?

No.  This experience is designed specifically for women to explore their inner world with other women going through the same process.

Question 5

Will we be painting every week?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Each session will be a combination of instruction and painting.  Please plan to be online for the full 3 hours so we can come back together for reflection before closing the session.

Question 6

Can I work on my painting between sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  You are welcome to work on your painting as much or as little as you like between sessions.  Regardless of whether your painting is complete by the end of session 3, there will be value in what does appear on your canvas.

What if I want to work with more than one archetype?

Accepted Answer

This experience is designed to focus on one archetype at a time.  However, you are welcome to register  again in the future and choose a different archetype.

What supplies will I need?

Supplies (you likely already have)
●	16x20" canvas 
●	Basic set of acrylic paints + raw sienna, burnt sienna & raw umber for skin tones
●	1 medium sized brush, 1 small square brush, 1 small round brush
●	Matte medium [Gloss is fine if you already have it]
●	Piece of chalk

What if I can't attend one of the sessions?  Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds for this group.  Recordings of each session will be made available if you miss a session.

Is this a therapy group?

Accepted Answer

This is not therapy.  This is a guided art experience.  Each person has the choice of how much to share about their painting and their experience.   Please note that the sessions will be recorded so that attendees can go back to rewatch the instructions.
