Summer School: Sparkling Edition - A playful dive into the wines that make summer pop.

Pop, pour, and repeat. Summer school is back in session, and we’re kicking things off with a pop. 🥂Join Jen Schmitt, Advanced Sommelier, for a playful deep dive into the world of sparkling wine.

This class is built for curious wine lovers who want to sip, learn, laugh, and leave with a better understanding of what makes bubbles so much fun in the glass. We’ll explore Prosecco, Alta Langa, Lambrusco, and more while breaking down the different ways sparkling wines are made, what sweetness levels really mean, and why sugar and acidity need each other to create balance.

Along the way, we’ll look at how place, process, and people shape each bottle, from fresh and easygoing to elegant, expressive, and delightfully unexpected.It’s the perfect first class of the summer: cold, crisp, refreshing, and just wine-nerdy enough.
