Overview

Join flautist Bryan Baker and meditation teacher Miguel Pulido for a restful immersion.

Join flautist/flute maker Bryan Baker and meditation teacher Miguel Pulido for an evening of guided rest, breath awareness, and bamboo flute music outdoors.

We’ll begin with gentle guided grounding and invitations to rest and tune in, allowing the body and attention to settle into a slower rhythm. Once comfortable, live bamboo flute will open space for rest, listening, and quiet reflection in relationship with the surrounding landscape.

This offering is open to all backgrounds; no meditation experience is required, just an appreciation for the outdoors and relaxing flute music.

Bring:

  • a blanket, yoga mat, cushion, eye mask, water, or just yourself, whatever would improve your experience.

Park: Irvine Regional Park has a $5 parking fee. Turn right after the Kiosk and park in parking lot K, we'll congregate under some nearby trees.
