And we’re back! For Pairing #22, we’re not tying ourselves to one place or one winemaker. Rather, we're answering the question: What does a Somm drink during the summer??

Wine (and food) are certainly seasonal, and with the heat and humidity, our personal preferences change. Come learn a little about the what, and the why, behind our bevvies of choice over these warm months. We'll be exploring wines from around the world with this one.

As always, Rachel at Orrman's will be thoughtfully pairing each wine with cheese to show how acidity, texture, and structure can either contrast or amplify flavor. Tickets required — these evenings sell out early.
