What are the different distances?

#1: Run the whole lake (3.2 miles) - #2: Run/Walk the whole in intervals (3.2 miles) - #3: 2 Mile Walk (30min walk)

Running shoes, water bottle, good vibes, and anything that makes you feel strong and free.

Is this a timed race?

Nope. This is a community run/walk, not a competition. Go at your pace and enjoy the movement.
