Ideas include: • T-shirts • Bandanas • Socks • Pajamas • Or anything fun you’d like to brighten up with color!📍 Whitney Ranch Park (Pavilion 1)We’ve reserved a pavilion right next to the splash pad, so bring towels and be ready to splash and play after your masterpiece is complete!🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM🎉 Friends are welcome — the more the merrier! Don’t miss this colorful summer event!

I agree that HCS may use, edit, reproduce, distribute, telecast, publish and otherwise exhibit my appearance and/or participation in HCS activities (including my name, physical likeness, photograph, voice and all instrumental musical or other sound effects produced by me) in any and all media including, but not limited to, newspapers, websites, motion pictures, videotape, television, commercial advertisements, promotional material, live presentations, and/or print materials for purposes related to the operation and promotion of HCS, and that this right shall continue in perpetuity. I understand that the Internet is not a secure medium and that any material posted on the Internet is accessible to anyone with an Internet connection.I agree that my name, images and recordings, used individually or together, may be combined with other names, images and recordings, text and graphics, and my images and recordings may be cropped, altered or modified.I agree that all rights to the images and/or recordings created by HCS while I am a student enrolled at HCS belong exclusively to HCS, and I will not to assert (and will not to assign to any third party any right to assert) any claim of any nature against HCS by reason of or in relation to HCS’s use of my name and/or likeness as described herein.I hereby acknowledge and agree that this release shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. FIELD TRIP PERMISSION &amp; RELEASEI give my permission for my student to participate in all activities from 8/25/25 - 6/3/26 (the 25/26 school year). This may include, but not limited to field trips, park days, meet- ups, pumpkin patch/farms, museums, libraries, PE games/activities, theater performances and planetariums.WAIVER: California law provides as follows: All persons making the field trip or excursions shall be deemed to have waived all claims against the district, a charter school, or the State of California for injury, accident, illness, or death occurring during or by reason of the field trip or excursion. (Ed Code Sec. 35330)Indicate Desired Action in the Event of Accident or Emergency: In the event of accident or emergency, when a parent or guardian is unavailable, I hereby authorize a representative of the school to make such arrangements as he/she considers necessary for my child to receive medical/hospital care, including necessary transportation. Under such circumstances, I further authorize such care and treatment to be performed by a licensed physician or surgeon.THE STUDENT'S PARENT OR GUARDIAN FULLY UNDERSTANDS HE/SHE IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ALL COSTS INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE FOREGOING. If your child is injured at a group educational activity, contact the school at (916)408-5200.Participation Agreement, Waiver and Release (Horizon Charter School is herein referred to as "HCS")I/we intend to participate in the above-mentioned educational activity. I acknowledge that my participation in this activity is not required by "HCS" or any teacher or employee of "HCS" and is voluntary. Refunds Please note that we cannot issue refunds after an event registration has closed—this includes both credit card payments and instructional funds.
