On My Own Timeline: Career, Relationships, & Becoming
A virtual workshop exploring identity, relationships, career pressure, boundaries, and building a more aligned life.
On My Own Timeline: Career, Relationships, & Becoming
On My Own Timeline is a virtual workshop created for women navigating the pressure of timelines, expectations, relationships, identity, and the feeling that they should have life figured out by now.
This therapist-led experience is designed to offer space for reflection, insight, and honest conversation around what it means to build a life that feels aligned, not just impressive on paper.
Throughout the workshop, we will explore:
• Career pressure, burnout, and the fear of “falling behind”
• Relationship patterns, dating experiences, and emotional availability
• Boundaries while tolerating feelings of guilt, discomfort, or fear of disappointing others
• Identity, self-trust, and unlearning expectations that no longer fit
• The pressure surrounding timelines related to success, marriage, children, and adulthood
• Building a life that feels more aligned with who you actually are
Participants can expect:
• Guided reflection questions and journaling prompts
• A digital workbook to accompany the workshop
• Practical insight and psychoeducation
• Opportunities for optional discussion and chat participation
• A supportive, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental virtual environment
This workshop is psychoeducational in nature and is not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
Reminder:
This workshop was created to feel supportive, reflective, and approachable. You do not need to have everything figured out to attend. You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels most supportive to you, whether that means engaging in discussion, responding in the chat, keeping your camera off, or simply listening and reflecting privately.
Sharing is always optional.
