FREE Movie Screening on caregiving, healthy aging, and dementia navigation at Durham Arts Council's PSI Theatre
The Mama Joe Project is a national initiative to support caregivers, promote healthy aging, and improve outcomes for elders with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia. Centered on the documentary film My Mama Joe, Hope & Help the event is appropriate for all ages and audiences and includes a post-film talkback with local experts, and distribution of materials from area agencies. This is a free, public event, where all are welcome. Physical tickets will be issued on site during check-in the day of the event.
