Ever thought about trying improv—but felt a little hesitant?This 6-week class in Bath is designed to be fun, low-pressure, and beginner-friendly. No experience needed.You’ll laugh, loosen up, and get more comfortable thinking on your feet—without being put on the spot in a stressful way.While the class is highly supportive, encouraging and comfortable for those new to improv, it is also dynamic, innovative and evolving, thus providing a stimulating and productive experience for those wth prior improv or performing, as well as beginners.Sundays, 1–3 PM (June 7 – July 12) Bath, ME $240 total for all 6 classesONE REGISTRATION DATE COVERS THE FULL 6-WEEK COURSE.SELECT THE FIRST CLASS DATE (MAY 31) TO REGISTERYou’ll learn through simple games and short exercises that build:<ul><li>confidence</li><li>spontaneity</li><li>communication</li><li>and a sense of play</li></ul>At the end, there’s an optional, relaxed showcase where you can invite friends or just enjoy the experience.Improvisation leads to increased social skills, personal confidence &amp; happiness.Your instructor, Adam Groppman, has performed and trained in LA’s comedy scene (Second City, UCB, etc.) and has been running popular improv classes in Portland since 2022.His focus is creating a supportive, encouraging environment where people can relax and have fun.
