An evening to inspire, motivate and transform your career. Tell Your Story!

Whether you are looking to switch jobs, change fields or transform your passion into purpose – building the rights steps matters on your journey. Career planning begins with creating a map of where you want to go and not forgetting how you got to this point in your life.The session will explore:<ul><li>Reflection – Discover your authentic self and identify your strengths, values, and beliefs to find purpose at work and in life. What is your story?</li><li>Influence &amp; Communication – Find your voice and use it to have impact on your community and workplace. Start a new chapter in your story. (This session will use the DISC Assessment tool.)</li><li>Search &amp; Find – Use the insights gained to develop a career search plan and put it into action. Strategies, tips and advice will be shared. Where will your story lead you?</li></ul>About the PresenterTina Bagwell is currently a Director, People Experience for the North America Team at Vantage Data Centers, a Bespoke Coach and former USAF. She has years of experience as a catalyst for change within the workplace. Please submit your refund request for the event to: twcadmin@thewomenscenter.orgParticipants who are not able to attend and have contacted the Women’s Center 24 hours prior to the workshop can re-schedule for the same workshop on another day, up to 6 months after the initial workshop date.Full refunds will be issued for any program cancelled by The Women’s Center.
