Join Mama Moon x the Kiwi Club for an intentional start to summer at Lakewood Park 🌻
We’ll start things off with a 45-minute yoga flow and meditation centered around the summer solstice: a time of action and high energy within the cycle of the year. We’ll mindfully reflect and consider what energy we want to bring forward into the season ahead, and wrap up with a friendship bracelet making session to wear our intentions on our wrists for the season to come.
Come hang with us for an evening of reflection, movement, and community with like-minded folks!
