Join us on Sunday, June 7th from 7:30PM–9PM for the first session of our monthly summer series centered around one simple rhythm: stretch, breathe, connect & repeat.

FLX in the CITY™ blends luxury wellness, mindful movement, music, and social connection into an elevated rooftop experience designed to help you release tension, reset your energy, and recharge alongside the city skyline.

Start your evening by exploring the rooftop patio featuring wellness vendors, activations, and our signature Stretch Social + Recovery Lounge experience. Enjoy spectacular rooftop views and curated sounds by Musical Curator Kaels.

At 8:00 PM, The Teacher Chelsea will guide guests through a rejuvenating silent stretch session indoors on the rooftop focused on flexibility, mobility, recovery, breathwork, and mindfulness.

Whether you come solo, with friends, or as part of your wellness routine this summer, FLX in the CITY™ is your space to stretch, breathe, connect & repeat all season long.
