Accomplished trombonist known for powerful performances and decades of experience across jazz, blues, and live touring ensembles.

🎺 Larry Etkin – Trumpet
Veteran trumpeter whose dynamic playing and stage presence have made him a respected fixture in regional and touring music circles.

🎷 Bill Holloman – Alto & Tenor Saxophones
Accomplished multi-instrumentalist who has performed with Bruce Springsteen, Nile Rodgers, and numerous celebrated artists.

🎷 Deric Dyer – Tenor Saxophone
Longtime touring saxophonist known for performances with Joe Cocker and Tina Turner.

🎹 L. Leon Pendarvis – Organ
Longtime musical director and keyboardist for Saturday Night Live and member of The Blues Brothers Band.

🎹 Mitch Chakour – Piano
Former music director and keyboardist for Joe Cocker, celebrated for his soulful musicianship and songwriting.

A legendary bluesman and world-class vocalist, Dr. (CONGRATULATIONS, Doc!) David "Lefty" Foster - former co-owner of the iconic Shaboo Inn Music Venue and now an Honorary Doctor bestowed by Eastern Connecticut State University—brings decades of musical history, grit, and unmistakable soul to the stage. His band, the celebrated Shaboo All-Stars, carries forward the legacy of one of Connecticut’s most influential live music eras, delivering a show rooted in authenticity, groove, and deep blues tradition!

This special evening will be held at the historic Capitol Theater, 896 Main St, Willimantic, CT 06226, a landmark venue in the heart of downtown Willimantic.

All proceeds will directly benefit the mission of Willimantic Renaissance, Inc., supporting its ongoing work to revitalize downtown through signature cultural and community programming such as the Willimantic 3rd Thursday Street Fests, The River Room performing arts venue, Windham, CT Celebrates America’s 250th, The Romantic Willimantic Chocolate Fest, the Willimantic Winter Blues Fest, and more!
