Fun, structured summer chess camp for kids featuring lessons, puzzles, gameplay, and confidence-building in McAllen ♟️
Led by Jorge Trevino of RGV Chess Community, this week-long camp is designed for beginner to intermediate players in a supportive small-group environment where learning and fun go hand in hand.
Throughout the week, kids will practice:
• chess fundamentals & piece movement
• openings & beginner strategy
• tactical thinking & problem-solving
• guided games with real-time feedback
• confidence-building through fun challenges
