What is the $10 for?

The $10 is an admission fee to reserve your ticket. It is *not* a deposit. There are no refunds if you don't show up.

Can I purchase for 2 people?

Sure, but it is $10 each. No sharing.

Can I bring my kid?

Accepted Answer

If your child is 10 or over you can purchase them a ticket. However we do not allow kids under 10.

Can I shop anywhere in the warehouse?

During this Friday Night Event both the upper two floors will be open.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is street parking out front. Please be careful as this is an industrial area and the lighting isn't great at night.

What if I can't come? Can I get a refund?

Refunds may be processed via Eventbrite if you cancel via this link at least 24 hours in advance. We will not be issuing any refunds directly.

What if I don't find anything I like?

This ticket is an admission fee only. You are under no obligation to purchase anything from the warehouse, however there are no refunds for the ticket price.

Can I come back on Saturday too?

Sure, but this ticket is only for our Friday night event; not Saturday. We'll be open on Saturday  from 11am to 4pm (no ticket needed).

Should I bring a bag or tote?

No. We will be providing reusable totes for you. Please leave ALL bags bigger than a fannypack or clutch at home. (No purses, no backpacks, no totes).

What if I don't want to pay the $10?

That's totally fine. We'll be open on Saturday from 11am to 4pm with no admission fee. However due to capacity limits you may need to wait in line.

Do you have fitting rooms?

The 2nd floor does not; the 3rd floor does. We suggest you wear leggings or shorts so you can try items over them. Its also fine if you want to grab a quiet corner and try things on.

Friday night Special Access Shopping, May 22

We are limiting this shopping time to just 50 people to ensure a chill atmosphere. You must purchase a ticket in advance to attend.

Tickets are just $10 per person and provides you access to shop the upper 2 floors from 5-8pm, without the crowds.
