Welcome Aperitivo

We begin with a relaxed Italian-style aperitivo to ease into the afternoon, meet the group, and settle into the atmosphere.

Fresh Pasta Workshop

You’ll learn how to make fresh Italian pasta by hand using traditional techniques.

Depending on the day, participants may prepare styles such as:

• Tagliatelle
• Ravioli
• Gnocchi
• Other regional pasta varieties

You’ll work directly with the dough and learn shaping, texture, and preparation techniques in a hands-on and approachable format.

Tiramisù Experience

Participants will also prepare authentic Italian tiramisù while learning:

• Cream preparation
• Layering techniques
• Ingredient balance
• Traditional Italian methods
