Learn the basics of this time-honored craft from start to finish, including fermentation, flavoring, and bottling. This month’s featured flavor is strawberry rhubarb; a perfect taste of spring. Participants will also have the opportunity to purchase a SCOBY for $8. Please bring a clean pint jar with you to take part in the process.
