A midday gathering for food, culture & connection. Enjoy Nasi Bungkus, a cherished Indonesian dish, with Mixing Bowl.

Lunch & Learn — $35

  • Entrée: Nasi Bungkus (Rice Box): A blend of jasmine and brown rice served with slow-cooked herb chicken marinated in traditional Indonesian spices, mixed vegetables with grated coconut, seasoned roasted peanuts, and sambal — an Indonesian chili sauce infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.
  • Sweet Treat: Pandan cake with coconut topping.
  • Beverage: Turmeric Tamarind (Kunyit Asam) — a traditional Indonesian herbal drink celebrated for its refreshing taste and natural wellness benefits. Selvia will have a live demonstration on how to make it!


Can’t stay for lunch? Order for pickup at the HudCo Bar from 1200 PM–2:30 PM. Grab + Go — $30

  • Sweet Treat: Pandan cake with coconut topping.


Meet Chef Selvia of MIXING BOWL

Selvia is a Westchester-based chef with more than 15 years of experience working in NYC hotels and restaurants. She is now returning to where it all began — her kitchen.

Through MIXING BOWL, Selvia creates thoughtfully crafted dishes and desserts using high-quality ingredients without preservatives or chemically synthesized products. Her mission is to make flavorful, healthier dishes accessible to all while sharing the warmth and traditions of Indonesian cuisine.
