Lunch & Learn — $35
- Entrée: Nasi Bungkus (Rice Box): A blend of jasmine and brown rice served with slow-cooked herb chicken marinated in traditional Indonesian spices, mixed vegetables with grated coconut, seasoned roasted peanuts, and sambal — an Indonesian chili sauce infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.
- Sweet Treat: Pandan cake with coconut topping.
- Beverage: Turmeric Tamarind (Kunyit Asam) — a traditional Indonesian herbal drink celebrated for its refreshing taste and natural wellness benefits. Selvia will have a live demonstration on how to make it!

Meet The Chefs:
Chef Shandra is an Indonesian chef known for bringing the rich flavors and traditions of Indonesian cuisine through authentic recipes. Her work has been featured on CBS Saturday Morning’s “The Dish”, Forbes, Food&Wine, NY1 Spectrum, Spruce Eats, and Our New York Table podcast. Beyond the kitchen, chef Shandra uses food as a platform for cultural connection, community, and empowerment.
