<h2>Lunch &amp; Learn — $35</h2><ul><li>Entrée: Nasi Bungkus (Rice Box): A blend of jasmine and brown rice served with slow-cooked herb chicken marinated in traditional Indonesian spices, mixed vegetables with grated coconut, seasoned roasted peanuts, and sambal — an Indonesian chili sauce infused with lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves.</li><li>Sweet Treat: Pandan cake with coconut topping.</li><li>Beverage: Turmeric Tamarind (Kunyit Asam) — a traditional Indonesian herbal drink celebrated for its refreshing taste and natural wellness benefits. Selvia will have a live demonstration on how to make it!</li></ul><h2> </h2><h2>Can’t stay for lunch? Order for pickup at the HudCo Bar from 12:00 PM–2:30 PM. Her work has been featured on CBS Saturday Morning’s “The Dish”, Forbes, Food&amp;Wine, NY1 Spectrum, Spruce Eats, and Our New York Table podcast. Beyond the kitchen, chef Shandra uses food as a platform for cultural connection, community, and empowerment.

Chef Selvia: Born and raised in Indonesia, Selvia bring the rich flavors, traditions, and storytelling of Southeast Asian cuisine into every dessert she creates. As a pastry chef and recipe developer based in Westchester, New York, her work is deeply inspired by the vibrant markets, homemade treats, and daily food rituals she grew up with.She specialize in crafting elegant vegan and gluten-free cakes and pastries that are both comforting and refined.
