6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Outdoor Patio)We encourage you to arrive early and enjoy our beautiful outdoor courtyard before dinner.   Your Cocktail Reception includes: Complimentary welcome pour courtesy of Urban Vino Wines, Triple R Cigars available for purchase. Live flute performance by Mr. Jimmy Toor. Nice fireplace view in courtyard atmosphere. Meet and mingle with fellow guests before dinner begins

Dinner Begins Promptly at 7:00 PM

Prepare for a thoughtfully curated four-course culinary experience created by Chef Courtney, expertly paired with exceptional wines from P. Harrell Wines.

Throughout the evening you'll also enjoy live entertainment by Baycoin Beats, creating the perfect soundtrack as each course and wine pairing is introduced.

First Course
Cucumber & Crab Crostini
Herbed cream cheese, lump crab, cucumber ribbons, fresh dill, and lemon zest

Second Course
Watermelon & Burrata Salad
Fresh watermelon, creamy burrata, basil, balsamic glaze, cracked black pepper

Third Course
Petite Cabernet-Braised Short Rib
Creamy mashed potato purée, roasted baby carrots, and Cabernet reduction

Fourth Course
Lemon Sorbet
Topped with fresh seasonal berries
