Healing Within: Warriors Need Rest Too is a restorative evening designed for men navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional fatigue, sleep struggles, or the invisible weight of always having to “hold it together.”

This 90-minute guided experience blends breathwork, gentle somatic movement, nervous system regulation tools, and deeply restorative iRest Yoga Nidra meditation to support physical, mental, and emotional recovery.
