<h3>Description</h3><p>Enjoy a guided tasting of three Chardonnays, which can range from rich and oaky to crisp and minerally, paired with three complementary cheeses. You'll discover what a difference the climate, region, and oak make; a little about how both the cheeses and the wines are created; and pick up tips on pairing cheese with wine. </p><p>For ages 21 &amp; up.</p>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
