Rest deeply, reflect, and rebalance your energy through Yin Yoga, Sound Bath, and hands-on Reiki with Michelle Chua of Root 2 Rise Yoga & Reiki.
Cap your week with gently guided movement, breathwork, and sustained Yin postures designed to release tension in both body and mind. From there, settle into stillness as you’re immersed in the harmonizing vibrations of Himalayan and other sound healing instruments, inviting the nervous system to unwind and restore.
As you rest, receive hands-on Reiki— a Japanese energy healing technique that supports deep relaxation and your body’s natural healing intelligence. We’ll close with a few quiet moments of seated meditation, offering space to integrate and reconnect.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props that support your comfort, such as two blocks, a pillow, and a blanket for Savasana. You’re also welcome to bring a journal, pen, or drawing materials for personal reflection.
