This is an in-person event in Columbia, MD between Baltimore and the Washington DC area.It doesn’t have to stay stuck this way — with people feeling frustrated and believing nothing can ever change. Sometimes it only takes one person showing up differently to begin changing the whole pattern. There is hope!”Nonviolent Communication offers practical, compassionate tools for moving beyond blame, defensiveness, and misunderstanding toward conversations where people feel more heard, respected, and connected.Persons of all levels of NVC experience are welcome. The structure of the practice will differ for people with different levels of NVC experience with the intention of all participants feeling comfortable and that their needs are held with care.
