A recovery experience featuring HRV scans, compression boots, sauna, and cold plunge for gym-goers who want to train hard, recover smarter.
Join us the first Tuesday of every month this summer for the ultimate recovery night. You put in the work. But if your recovery is off, your performance is going to feel it.
This event is built for lifters, hybrid athletes, runners, and anyone serious about training. We’re taking you through a recovery protocol designed to help your body bounce back faster, reduce soreness, and perform at a higher level.
You’ll have your choice of two of the following:
- Nervous System Scan get real data to see how your body is recovering
- Compression Boots to support circulation and leg recovery
- Red Light Therapy + PEMF to boost your cellular energy and musle recovery
- Sauna Session to help loosen tight muscles and support recovery
- Cold Plunge Finish to help reduce soreness and inflammation
We’ll also talk through how recovery impacts performance, including how stress, poor recovery, and overtraining can hold back muscle growth, strength gains, endurance, and consistency in the gym.
This is for people who want to train hard without running themselves into the ground.
