We're happy to be, once again, bringing to the people a day of wellness workshops, music & movement therapies featuring all-ages activities in the incredible open air stage & space of J. Owen Grundy Pier. Immerse yourself & vibe to deep rhythmic sounds as your soundscape. You are all invited to picnic, sun, lounge & DANCE with an unmatched view of the NYC Skyline as your backdrop. "A+Solmatic Flow" is an immersive experience through soul awakening music, and expression between stillness and movement. Held in a nurturing container of intentional music and personal exploration. This workshop has been lovingly curated to help you deepen the connection to yourself and others through guided meditation and free-form movement. If you have been feeling disconnected, stressed or ungrounded you’ll want to be here with us. What you will receive from this workshop • Loving support & space holding for self expression and release • Mind clearing deep self-connection and expression • Emotional release • Body stretch and relaxation • Community support • Non-judgement container for full acceptance, for you to be your full authentic self • Mystical medicine music journey performed by DJ Sol Blessed • There will be touch - appropriate assisted stretching and gentle massage - touch is healing! • Be open to receive and to release, every experience is different!
