First Thursdays Free Monthly Mixer at Christian Jacobs
An Immersive Art Experience Honoring Mental Health, Healing, and Human Resilience
Join us this First Thursday for MindFULLness, an immersive art exhibition honoring Mental Health Awareness Month. This experience invites you beyond observation—into reflection, restoration, and renewal. Rather than focusing on darkness, mindFULLness illuminates the emotional journey, encouraging you to move through life with intention while embracing the fullness of what it means to be human.
Through thoughtfully curated artwork, this exhibition explores the landscapes we all navigate—moments of overwhelm, transitions of growth, and the quiet resilience it takes to keep going. Each piece creates space to pause, to feel, and to reconnect with yourself in a way that is both grounding and empowering.
Set within an atmosphere of creativity and calm, guests will experience a blend of visual storytelling, meaningful conversation, and intentional connection. mindFULLness is not just an exhibition—it is a gentle disruption of silence around mental health, a reminder that awareness, presence, and care are essential to our well-being.
Enjoy themed cocktails crafted by our featured bartender, Pop.A.Holics Mixology, then move to a playlist that blends nostalgia with fresh energy. Enjoy conversations that flow freely, as the season itself.
Hosted by V1019's Flyty and Jacinda at Christian Jacobs Salon Suites in Gastonia. This special edition is inspired by great music, signature sips, and art, curated by Dr. Monique Stubbs.
