Where do we meet at Lakewood Park?

We meet by the top of the Solstice Steps, grassy area. Look for a colorful set up!

Bring a yoga mat or towel and water. If you have a set of 2-3lb hand weights, a medium loop resistance band, and ankle or wrist weights. I will have a limited quantity to borrow, first come first serve. You can get creative with hand weights, like water bottles (multipurpose).

Where do we meet at Edgewater Beach?

We meet on the main big beach on the sand, the first big tree by the concession stand.
