This empowering networking event and panel discussion invites participants to explore how to identify, strengthen, and harness their unique “superpowers”: the gifts, skills, experiences, voices, and passions that position them to lead, support others, and create meaningful change. Through dynamic conversation and community connection, attendees will engage with leaders and changemakers who will share insights transforming frustration into action. This experience is designed to inspire individuals to move beyond overwhelm and into empowered engagement, while building relationships and networks that strengthen collective impact. Speakers

Laurin Kelly, a transformational speaker and strategic leader, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Battle Plan Strategic Consulting. This boutique consulting firm specializes in project management, process improvement, operations, and organizational development for nonprofits, coalitions, local government, and mission-driven organizations.

Dr. Carrie Register-Haley is a Master Certified Coach, executive leadership coach, educator, author, and DEI strategist with 39 years of experience spanning the U.S. Army, federal government, and private sector. She is the Founder and CEO of Revelation of Investment Coaching (ROI Coaching), where she partners with leaders and organizations to cultivate value-driven, inclusive, and resilient leadership.

Crystal Richards is the Principal and Owner of MindsparQ®, focused on helping teams elevate their skills in project management, communications, and leadership. Crystal’s impact spans federal agencies, corporate teams, and academic institutions, including her role as adjunct faculty at the University of Maryland–College Park. She’s also the author of PMP Exam Prep For Dummies®, which sold over 1,100 copies in its first week of release. Crystal has personally trained over 2,500 business professionals to meet their goals of project management and agile excellence by achieving the PMP® and PMI-ACP® credentials and furthering their educational pursuits in the field.

LaShonda Henderson is a data and AI leader with over 20 years of experience in government, trusted to guide modernization, governance, and innovation at scale. She has served as a committee chair for a White House Working Group, led technical panels evaluating multi-million-dollar investments, and guided cross-agency innovation adoption across the federal landscape.

Kimberly Walker, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and the co-founder of Infinite Wellness, a group mental health practice serving children, families, and underserved communities across Prince George's County. Over fourteen years in the field, Kimberly has made her superpower clear: she builds the systems that let healers thrive.
