Unstable Attention Shift: An Increasingly Unreproducible Class Show

After 6 weeks of experimenting with chance, choice, and controlled chaos, these six artists have created "unreproducible" pieces to test in front of a live audience. Their work spans clown, sketch and performance art, and will never be quite the same twice.

Featuring:

Cecilia Della Peruti

Zig Metzler

Audrey Polinski

Adriana Rondón

Curt Seablom

Josh Wilmott

Showtimes

Show 1 – 3:30pm

Show 2 – 5:00pm

A ticket to one show gets you into both.

Bio:

Adam Smith is a Los Angeles-based, award-winning writer, director and performer. His work has been charted as "Low Brow/Brilliant" by New York Magazine's Approval Matrix. Together with Arletta Anderson, he devises work that's sometimes theatre, sometimes dance, usually in-between. His recent pieces include RERUN, a competition show that turns classic tv episodes and specials into an absurd contest between 3 competitors and Play About a Woman, an immersive celebration of a random audience member's life.

He has taught writing, devised theatre techniques and creative process for over 10 years in San Francisco, Los Angeles and beyond.

Adam is a former member of the New York Neo-Futurist collective and was the founding artistic director of the San Francisco Neo-Futurists, most known for their long-running show The Infinite Wrench (fka Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind), an ongoing, everchanging attempt to perform thirty original plays in an hour.
