Abruzzo with Terraviva

Tastings are intimate with a maximum of 14 attendees. I address all levels of wine experience at the table: newbies will gain foundational knowledge and tasting skills, while experienced palates will add to their education. I serve 7-8 wines, poured in 3 flights of 1.25oz pours, leaving a little left in the bottle to revisit. All classes come with placemats and a booklet featuring the line-up, maps and information on the tasting. A light spread of antipasto is provided.

Today, Abruzzo wine has never been more exciting, thanks to a flurry of new legislation promoting its unique terroir and villages.</p><p>Join us for a fun and immersive evening of good wine and stories with winemaker Federica Topi of Terraviva wines. In this tasting experience, we discuss the geography, climate and soils of Abruzzo, while highlighting Federica's home in the very heart of Abruzzese wine, Teramo. Attendees will taste exception Trebbiano, Pecorino and Montepulciano wines all paired to a light spread of antipasto. Join us!</p>
