<p>Join us for the May edition of the Wholistically Nourished Series at the <a href="" title="" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tri-Cities Food Co-Op</a> as we explore “Spring Cleaning: Nourish Yourself Inside and Out” on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 5:30–6:45 PM. Spring is the perfect time to reflect, renew, and revise the habits that support our well-being. Together, we’ll explore seven simple elements of wellness — including whole plant foods, daily ferments, eating the rainbow, healthy proteins and fats, mindful eating, and nourishing the senses — along with practical ways to incorporate these concepts into everyday life. Come learn, connect, and be inspired to be wholistically nourished.</p>
