WA Bond Home Buyer Education

Come learn about Washington State's Bond program; Helping first time home buyers (and others) with down payment assistance towards a home!

Washington State offers an amazing down payment assistance program to those who are wanting to a home, offering up to 3.5% of the purchase price towards their down payment. This is a loan does require payback in full (more details talked about in class) but not until you sell or refinance, and it does not accrue interest.

This loan does require that this class be completed in full and a certificate (good for up to 2yrs) be obtained in order to qualify. Please consult your current Mortgage Lender or Real Estate Agent should you have any questions on if this class is right for you.

Aside from fulfilling your loan requirement, this course will talk about the different loan programs out there for you (news flash, depending on your specific financial situation, there may be a more beneficial loan program for you!) as well as go through the pros and cons of home ownership, and the home buying process!
