Tai Chi Flow: Chow Style
A beginner-friendly Tai Chi class using gentle movement, breath, and meditation to reduce stress, improve balance, and restore inner harmony
Intentional Movement • Breath • Meditation
Sometimes the reset we need doesn’t come from pushing harder.
Sometimes it comes from moving slower.
Breathing deeper.
Listening to the body.
And allowing ourselves to return to a natural rhythm.
This restorative Tai Chi class is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore balance through intentional movement, breath, and meditation.
Rooted in Chow-style Tai Chi, this experience blends elements of Chen, Wu, and Yang styles into a flow that is both accessible for beginners and deeply enriching for those with experience.
You’ll be guided through gentle, low-impact movements that support balance, coordination, body awareness, and the cultivation of internal energy, also known as Chi. Throughout class, breath will be used as a grounding tool to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and bring you into deeper presence.
We close with a guided gratitude meditation to help integrate the practice, settle the mind, and anchor a sense of peace into the body.
This class is beginner-friendly, low-impact, and open to all levels.
